Brief Answer:
Eczematous skin condition or possibly contact urticaria/ hives
Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have reviewed the Images.
I can see red welts on both palms. Seems like an eczematous skin condition or possibly contact urticaria/ hives.
Kindly let me know if the condition is persistent?Or is it intermittent/ episodic?
I would suggest you to take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
Topically you may use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1 % cream, twice daily.
Infact, if I was the treating doctor I would have preferred to start you on a short course (1 week) of an Oral steroid e.g Tab. Prednisolone 40mg, once daily, after breakfast, for 7 days.

Yes it has been there continually for the two weeks it has gotten worse. I got some of the mometasone furoate 0.1 % cream from a friend and some Prednisolone 40mg, from her also but there were only 6 of those left in there. I had some Cephalexin 500mg from a prescription I got a while ago from a dental issue so I started taking those yesterday because it says it is used for skin infections. Do you think that will work in clearing it up?
Brief Answer:
Oral and opical steroid
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Prednisolone and topical steroid (mometasone furoate 0.1% cream) would certainly work. I also suggest you to take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daily in evening. Cetrizine is otc. There is no need to take cephalexin.

I really can't afford to go to the dr to have them tell me the same thing you just did is there anything I can use simular to that OTC?
Brief Answer:
Use hydrocortisone cream along with oral prednisolone
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Hydrocortisone 1% cream is otc but it is a very mild steroid and used alone it won't be very effective. I believe oral prednisolone that you have with you would work much better along with oral cetrizine.
