I just noticed small red pimple like spots on the glans that not itchy or painful. I recently had sex 2 days ago but made sure to use condoms and even changes twice. Is it an STD or just some fungal infection ?

From the description it appears that you have the STD rather than a simple fungal infection. It is most likely chancroid although pain is also common with chancroid. In case there is no pain it is possible that the lesion was transmitted through earlier sexual encounter.
