It has a bit of itchibg..
Brief Answer:
It appears to be allergic dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query
I have seen the picture. It is quite large and appears to be allergic not fungal.Fungal skin infections usually smaller, discrete and has satellite lesion. I would like to rule out allergic dermatitis first.
I would advise you to get it clinically examined by a physician to confirm the diagnosis and apply some steroid ointment(mometasone/fluticasone/betamethasone) two to three times a day and take oral levocetrizine(for itching and also healing of lesion as it is an antihistaminic/antiallergic) twice a day under supervision of your physician.
Try to find out the allergen which has cause this. It may be food, medication, perfume, or contact with rubber/nickel etc.
If you have any doubt try to avoid that allergen.
I would be glad to answer if you have any further query
Regards
