Question: I have taken three does of Keflex. Would that cause a red rash on both of my lower legs? Should I use some cortisone cream on the rash?

Brief Answer:
Allergy or HS purpura

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
If there's is itching, it is likely to be an allergic reaction. Discontinue the medicine causing the same. You can use an antihistamine tablet also. Steroid cream may be used.
There's a possibility that the rash is due HS purpura which needs to be looked into more. I shall be happy to give my opinion if you can upload a picture.
Take care
