What Causes Red Skin Lesion Inspite Of Being Obese?
Question: do you know what this is? it does not hurt, itch, burn or bothersome in anyway. I am morbily obese, could this be a problem associated with being obese & skin problems? please advise

The skin lesion is definitely related to obesity.
There is fat within the skin known known as cellulite and other fat deep to skin known as subcutaneous fat.
Cellulite fat causes bulging and may sometimes be associated with lymphoedema. The red lesion seen in photograph is inflammation of Cellulite. It is very resistant to treatment.
Weight reduction and massage with anti-cellulite cream will help.
