Brief Answer:
Look like fungal infection..
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
From the image it appears to be a fungal infection.
Bacitracin wont make any difference on fungal infections.
I advice you to apply clotrimazole ointment over the lesion. Rash free ointment available which prevents the rash. Please take the drug with your doctos due consultation. Because physical examination varies with each person and can be possible only with face to face consultation.
Please wash your clothes in the hot water with addition of the antiseptic solutions like dettol.
Do not reuse sanitary napkins and also do not wear it for prolong periods.
Glad to answer your further concern.
We wish you a best health at healthcare magic.
Thank you,
Dr. Arun Tank
