I wanted to know what that is
Brief Answer:
Bacterial or fungal infection probably
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Red sore around the genital area can have numerous cause. Honestly without a clinical examination I wouldn't be able to arrive at a precise diagnosis. However my assumption is these may be due to bacterial or fungal infections. You might discuss with dermatologist available on this forum.
Alternatively I would also urge you to get your urine tested to rule out urinary infections. Drink plenty of fluids. And maintain proper hygeine. You might try treating with combination of antifungal and antibiotic topical creams available over the counter while you plan visit to the doctor.
Take care
