Question: I am a male, I have three red dots around my pe whole, almost looks like blood under the skin and it goes away at night until I pee in the morning?

3. Any oral sex?
4. Is there any itching?
It could be due to Balanitis (inflammation of Glans penis) due to various causes. If you can upload the picture of the same it will be useful to arrive at a diagnosis.
