Neither of them are painful. Just noticed them today. I'm freaking out. How long do I wait for them to go away before I have them looked at?

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
As per your complain painless flat red spots on cheek can be probably broken blood vessels and not necessarily anything serious..
They can gradually disappear in 8 to 10 days and do not need and extensive or special treatment..
So you should first of all relax as there seems nothing serious..
If possible please send me an image of the spots so that I can see then and guide you better..
Hope this helps..
Regards.

Hi..
I have evaluated the image and it looks like a broken blood vessel only..
It is at the biting plane of teeth so seems to be due to trauma cause by cheek bite, sharp tooth etc..
Do not worry as it commonly resolve on its own..
Wait and watch for a week..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
