Question: Hello doctor I had unprotected oral sex and I'm scared if I have herpes. I have non itchy time red spots on my prnis but they aren't any boils or blisters plus they are covered by the foreskin.

I have no other symptoms no specific itching around the area and nobpain

Are there any home remedies i can use? Abd if the home remedies/medications work can we rule out herpes then specially if bo other symtopms of herpes come? Thanks a loy

Ok what is the time period for getting the herpes terst done in order to be conclusive.. I dont have much itching but slight irritation at times

Doctor im starting the medication aa suggested i have a few followcup pictures.. In both the pictures the spots have leesened.. I have put my foreskin completely down. The lower part of penis is overall more red than the uppar part i think its normal blood vessels or is it sonething else? Does the diagnosis change?
