What Causes Red Spots On Foreskin Post Unprotected Oral Sex?

Question: Hello doctor I had unprotected oral sex and I'm scared if I have herpes. I have non itchy time red spots on my prnis but they aren't any boils or blisters plus they are covered by the foreskin.

Hi ivhave attached the image..i

I have no other symptoms no specific itching around the area and nobpain

I noticed the symptom today itself

I had a secual ebcounter last week where a gotl performed unprotected oral sex on me although we used protdction for actual sex

Im really worried

It appears to be due to irritation or fungal(candida) infection.Herpes is very unlikely as there appears to be no vesicles ( water filled lesions).
You can clean the area with warm water twice daily.
You can apply antifungal cream like candid after consulting your doctor.
wear loose cotton inner wears.

Ok what is the time period for getting the herpes terst done in order to be conclusive.. I dont have much itching but slight irritation at times

Doctor im starting the medication aa suggested i have a few followcup pictures.. In both the pictures the spots have leesened.. I have put my foreskin completely down. The lower part of penis is overall more red than the uppar part i think its normal blood vessels or is it sonething else? Does the diagnosis change?

Doctor what arethe potential reasons i got this? I used a condom while having sex but oral unprotected abything else.. And although i will get tested but these spots are not due ti herpes or hiv right
