What Causes Red Spots On Penile Shaft, Throat Infection And Stress After A Rough Sex?

Question: Hi I have noticed that there are tiny red raised non fluid fill red spots on the tip and shaft and base of my penis and causes a burning sensation that comes and goes in intensity. There is no kind of discharge or pain when peeing. noticed them after having rough sex. Its been about 5 days. Now I notice small redĀ bumps have spreadĀ along the inside of both thights and on my abdomen just above my penis. As the red spots have spread to these areas so has the burning. They seem to be in an irritated state and then kind of die down after a while but still have the burning sensation. This also happen to occur after coming to the end of taking a ten day penicillin run for a throat infection. 2 500 milligrams pills. I've also had a more than normal amount of stress cause of a divorce. I haven't found anything on the web that specifically depicts exactly what I have or what is going on. What can u think of. And yes I do plan to go to a dermatologist because it hasn't cleared up.
Brief Answer:
Irritation to skin most likely cause
Detailed Answer:
Hello My Dear
Welcome.
I am Dr V XXXXXXX Sr Dermatologist.
I have noted the details and think that most likely there is some kind of irritation or allergy that has resulted in the condition.
For anyone in this situation, the following is likely to work best
1 Frequent sponging with plain water
2 Good hygiene but no antiseptics or soaps
3 Hydrocortisone cream thrice daily
4 Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg a day
In future, you can avoid the problem by being more observant and careful and also by frequently washing the area followed by drying up
Penicillin is unlikely to have contributed to the condition
Hope this helps
Would be glad to clear any doubts.
Best wishes
