What Causes Red Spots On Penis Head After Masturbation?
Question: Hello.
I'm a 34 year old male. I recently noticed a small red dot on the bottom of the head of my penis after masturbation. I continued to masturbate regularly after. Once to twice daily. the dot has grown bigger since. It is painless. Not a sore or lesion. No bleeding or weeping.
I've used zinc oxide cream and neosporin as well as lotions. It hasnt scabbed over as much as,I suppose, new skin regrew over after the zinc oxide cream was used. The new skin was white and came off in an epson salt bath.
It is now shiny and red. It doesnt appear to be raised or rough. I believe this to be a friction burn. Whats your opinion?
