What Causes Red Spots On Penis?
Question: I am having red spots on my penis. I think ots balantis. I applied quadiderm for 10 days but it came again after i stopped. I didnt have any sexual intercourse and i am not diabetic too. My age is 25. I some time have itiiching not high in my scortum and inner thighs.

Yes it seems you are having a fungal infection called Candidial balanoposthitis.
Usually in my patients, I suggest a 10 day course of oral fluconazole and application of topical antifungal like Sertacoanzole twice a day for 2 weeks.
Maintain hygiene and use ketoconazole soap to rinse the affected areas.
Avoid tight undergarments.
I am sure this will take care of your issue.

The medications I have suggested will be available in your city but since these are prescription drugs you need to consult a dermatologist in person to avail the prescription.
