What Causes Red Spots On Penis?
Question: I workout everyday and I have alot of moisture around my penis, it gets very red especially on the head. I thought it was balanitis but the cream didn't help I also bought gold bond powder to keep it dry but it's still red. It also gets very red after I masturbate. In so sick of this, it's embarassing, I can't have sex because of the shame Iinvolved, I was thinking about buying hydrocortizone, please help

I have reviewed them and it is entirely normal. The head of the penis is highly vascularized and as such exercise or masturbation will increase blood flow to it which explains why it becomes red. It is not a disease condition and just a variant where there are many superficial vessels on the head of the penis.

what can I use to clear it up I mean those red spots in the images get beyond red after exercise or masturbation, I mean really really red

Please, this is due to the excess vascularisation at this level. If this must be removed, then a laser surgery will be performed. This will lead to some scarring that you may not obviously appreciate. What you have is not a disease per se but possibly a vascular anomaly.
