Question: I had sex with someone and now I see some red spots on penis had. I did wear a condom. As such there is no pain.

Can it be a reaction to talcum powder also ? I use it to keep that area dry but When I used it this Tuesday there was a strong burning type feeling. These spots also came on Tuesday later on.
