What Causes Reddish Bumps On The Lower Part Of Left Nipple?

Question: I woke up yesterday with several very small reddish bumps on the lower part of my left nipple with a few of them being puss filled. At that time they caused no pain and were not itchy. Today I woke up and every 10 minutes or so now I get a slight pinching sensation as if they were trying to buss themselves and sometimes when my shirt rubs up against them they are sensitive where as majority times they are not.
