Brief Answer:
Contact allergic dermatitis most probably
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back..
I read history and looked at photo of the lesion. I deeply feel that most probably you may be having allergic contact dermatitis. Still, you consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.
I would like to recommend following tips...
- please avoid to walk barefooted in garden
- avoid contact with plant nutrients
- apply mild steroid cream or tacrolimus oint on the lesion
- oral steroid in tappering dose might improve
- avoid soap application during bath
- take precautions to avoid relapse
I hope this would help you in managing your disease. Still any query, you may ask.
Wishing you early recovery...
Thanks.
