What Causes Reddish Discoloration On The Testicles?

Question: I had a very helpful conversation with Dr. XXXXXXX but closed the conversation, so i want to present my question again with more details. I have a darkish, and sometimes reddish colors in my testicles, i also have an itch in the area, especially when i am sitting. It might be helpful to note that due to the nature of my profession, i spend most of my waking hours sitting. Dr XXXXXXX advised to use an anti fungal cream, but i wanted to know if i have to be concerned that it could be something else or it is likely fungus. I do not have any other noticeable symptoms.
Brief Answer:
Continue with clotrimazole
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photograph.
I can see slight redness which is suggestive of fungal infection.
You can continue with clotrimazole cream.
If possible remove hair from involved area and send me a close up photograph.
This will be helpful in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Take cetirizine
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Thanks for the photograph.
It is looking like a fungal infection.
Please continue with Clotrimazole and in addition, you can take an antihistamine tablet like Cetirizine 10mg once daily for the itch.
With constant use, itch would decrease in a week.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
