What Causes Reddish Ring On The Tip Of The Penis?

Question: My husbands ball sack is larger and darker then normal, he also has a thicker reddish color ring right below the tip of his penis. Please also keep in mind that we haven't had sex in six month and I've been throwing fits about it. So while in the shower where it is hard to see that is when I noticed it.

Based on the facts that you have posted larger ball sac (Scrotum) that your husband has is most likely to be due to Hydrocele and needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Surgeon and by Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum

Hydrocele is a common condition and never it is not due to any STD .

As regards red ring at the tip of the penis it is mostly a inflammation of external Urinary Opening and can occur to any one due too contact with inner wares neither it is due to STD .

Taking antibiotic for a week will relieve the redness.
