Your symptoms are suggestive if viral fever with liver involvement.
For my patients with similar complaints I first take complete history and examination. depending on examination finding I would get investigations like ultrasound abdomen especially for liver and gall bladder. CBC , Hbs Ag , VDRL, tridot spot tests.
mean while i put them on NSAIDs help to reduce fever and rashes till reports come back.
As you need to get examined, consult doctor for evaluation.
