What Causes Reddish Spots All Over The Body?

Question: I have been getting red moles on my body, very small though but these may be around 15 all over the body.
how do I get rid of these?

It is cherry angioma.
It is a harmless condition and is similar to mole.
Only difference is color.
It doesn't require any treatment.
If you have cosmetic concern then you can get it removed.
Radiofrequency ablator can be used to remove it.
Any dermatologist can remove them.
