Question : I have red dots all over my face and head, have been coughing a lot last night to the point I thru up a bit....this morning a few times when I coughed it hurt through my chest and arms

I've been really hot at times haven't taken my temp. I've had a headache just when I'm coughing really hard. Girl friend has had a light cough last few days.

You have developed a viral exanthem probably measles.
Take a course of antibiotic like cefixime 200 mg twice a day for 5 days Also take a cough suppresant syrup.
Take paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily for fever.
You might require a prescription for antibiotic.
Please meet a doctor and get it prescribed.
Do warm saline gargle twice daily.
