Question : hello .. aftet applying adapalene gel, baby skin turned red. and she is irretated too.. please see the pic attached.. Please suggest if this redness is due to healing process or something... thanks in advance..

Hello,

Adapalene Gel can cause the following side effects:
- Redness
- Peeling/dryness of skin
- Burning sensation
- Discomfort.

You may discontinue the gel for a few days and use any moisturizer e.g Johnsons baby cream, twice or thrice daily. Once these side effects resolve, you may then restart Adapalene Gel every alternate night, if needed.
