Brief Answer:
Nothing needs to be done about it.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Let me assure you that for children of this age it is normal to get such rashes on the skin. They are called milia. They are not a cause for concern and are caused due to the deposition of dead cells under the skin.
They are not due to allergic cause or heat rashes. No intervention needed. You need not apply adapalene gel. You can, however, use some moisturizer like aloe vera lotion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards.

currently we are using sebamed moisturiser.. do you suggest any other lotion.. can we apply soap on face and oil before bath...
Brief Answer:
Sebamed can be used.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sebamed moisturizer can be used without any worries.
You can apply soap daily during a bath.
It is pointless to apply oil since oil is not absorbed through the skin.
Hope I have answered your query.
