
What Causes Redness And Irritation On The Feet?

Question: I did a vinegar soak on my feet. Now my Big toes and the next it, is red and irritated, with pus. I pour peroxide on them, and it foams up, but no difference in change.

The vinegar was not diluted, it was straight apple cider vinegar. The irritation, redness, started after the soak.

One tablespoon of Vinegar is added to a cup of water for using as soak.
If there is pus you need a prescription based antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medications and to rule out diabetes too.
Local would care is best done by cleaning with Hydrogen peroxide followed by application of Liquid Povidone Iodine 2 - 4 times a day.
