Brief Answer:
Needs swab test and oral treatment

Detailed Answer:
H! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, and the images it seems less likely to be herpes though painful rashes after sexual exposure either raises possibility of herpes or HPV or trichomoniasis. Since the herpes is ruled out, the abscence of warts also very much excludes the HPV however it may be subclinical or even presents without warts but the good thing is that it automatically gets cleared without treatment. Using topical or oral painkillers will help. Trichomoniasis is another possibility but that may cause pain on micturation which isn't the symptom in your case though it may present without it. Getting a swab test from the lesion and using oral metronidazole for a week may help to clear it too. Keep using the topical applications prescribed by your primary physician. Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.

Brief Answer:
Topical pain killers can be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing the detailed feedback. Since all have been tested negative, it is a good sign. Other options can be local reaction like allergic rash as is likely on the pics or nerve pains. Since it resolved with the local creams you have used for pain, you can continue using these alongwith oral analgesics like acetaminophen and it will resolve at its own. If it doesn't get a dermatologist review for a detailed examination of local skin. Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.

Brief Answer:
Needs dermatologist and urologist review

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Since the STDs have been ruled out, the other possibilities or either local skin infection or allergies or nerve pains. Since it is quite some time since onset of symptoms, you need to see a dermatologist or urologist as topical solutions and pain killers work temporarily. I have gone through the pictures and these doesn't reflect STDs significantly however few possibilities that we have discussed earlier and as you have mentioned have already been ruled out so it further necessitates a referal to a dermatologist and a urologist if needed. Regards.

Brief Answer:
Yes you can proceed with his appointment

Detailed Answer:
Hi! That's a good approach keeping in view your current issues which have been troubling you for long now. If he felt necessary, after careful examination, he may suggest you an ultrasound to look for some internal causes like some urethral stricture or impacted Stone in urethra or some topical cause or lesion to work with. Hope with a clinical examination of this sort, we will be able to cut down the likely possibilities in your case. Meanwhile drink more water and you can keep using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen in severe pain or discomfort. Regards.

Brief Answer:
Repeat STDs profile and get a urologist review in person

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing the detailed feedback. Allergic reactions usually resolve within days so that is least likely in the given time span that you had shared. It can be still missed STD like herpes but abscene of rash or vesicles is against it however atypical presentation may occur. But if it coming from deep into the penis it can even be some issue with the urtheral tract and it can be being generated from with in urethra. Get a urinalysis done too as that can also guide the clinical further. But best option is still to get it examined by the urologist and then by a dermatologist. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards.

Brief Answer:
It can be strep infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi! It is good that you get to meet a urologist finally, hopefully it will turn out to be something minor and easily treatable. Do update me regarding the examination findings.

The problem that you have mentioned can be due to strep infection. You can start by doing gargles and using anti histamines like loratidine for itching. If issue persists a throat swab for cultures may also be needed. Antibiotics may wait for a while. If symptoms worsened then get an ENT specialist review for a detailed throat and oral examination. Good day. Regards.
