What Causes Redness And Pain In Penis Glans?

Question: Hello doctor,
Iam suffering a pain in my peniglans, rightside of glans changed in redish colour and this colour was changed before two months and one week before it starts pain on rightside now iam using one oilment..pls help me and sorry for my english.. iam uploaded picture of infected part

Thanks for your query,based on the facts and photographs that you have posted it appears that you have severe infection of Glans Penis (Ballanitis)

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have unprotected sex before you develop this infection?
2) Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning urination ,frequency for urination ,urethral discharge etc?

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Augmentin along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

First its start with one red mark in the down skin of glans.at this time there was no treatment.this time i had an oral sex. After i got no pain nothing. After 3weeks i start treatment for red mark on skin. Then slowly i got pain on my glans. Sometimes urine smelling somthing different. Other thing is after first treatment i did fullbody checkup.at this time there was no urine infection detected.
