What Causes Redness And Red Dots On Penis After Masturbation?
Question: please help
HI there after masturbation i get redness around the end of my penis on the end and some red dots form (3 or 4, each the size of a small freckle) these can sting a little and i notice my foreskin is usually itchy the next few days and uneven redness around the end of my penis. I notice particularly that if i have masturbated and don't go to thoroughly wash the end of my penis with soap and water then it is far more aggravated the next day. If i do wash then it still turns up but not as much. the bumps do not scab over and will go away in 2 - 3 days though i notice the redness will tend to come and go even when not masturbating.
I went to my doctor and he said it looks like it could be herpes though the swab test came back as negative. I have had this going on for around 6 months i saw the doctor that i speak about 4 weeks ago. i have also noticed that i need to urinate very frequently the next day after masturbating and it gets a little better each day after. also the opening can look a little raw around it the next day somtimes and can sting a bit went i pee though the raw redness gets better during the day and it is usually gone again in 1-2 days
After a few years of traveling and being a bit promiscuous i am about to settle and getting into a relationship with this girl i really care for. I am rather worried about it all and want to sort this out for the both of us. Is there something other than herpes this could be ???

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are developing bumps over glans penis and foreskin with burning urination for couple of days after masturbation.
This is mostly due to infection of glans penis and foreskin (Ballano Posthatitis)due to contamination while attempting vigorous shaking of penis during masturbation .
The pain that you get while urinating after masturbation is due to increased flow of blood to urethra causing congestion of urethra during masturbation that persists for 24 hours .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water immediately after masturbation and twice daily.
Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
Do not worry this is not a serious issue that you should be worried about .

you think considering how I seem to describe it as having a reaction to masturbation and release of sexual discharge around the end of the penis that it is not herpes due to that.
I think the problem of confusion I am having is I didn't masturbation for 2 weeks while was taking the anti viral and then my doctor wanted me to stop it to see if it came back after 3-5 days though in also masturbated a few times again so I'm not sure if it's come again due to the drugs or the masturbation. I have started the drugs again and I guess I need to wait 4-5 days again till it should be suppressing the herpes again and the masturbated a few days and not wash after at night and if it returns again then apparently it shouldn't while I'm on the drug so that would indercate it's not herpes?

I have tender glands in my groin also
Is this a symptom of what you mentioned also or only herpes?
I'm wondering if I possibly have had what you mentioned for a while but also contracted herpes in last 2 months also since dots like this that hurt are a new thing befor it was just redness and inching
