What Causes Redness And Swelling In The Foreskin And Head Of The Penis?

Question: Hello Doctor,
I am 24 year old Male, I am facing problems in my penis.
I have not been in sexual contact with anyone in past. So far I dont have problem in urinating.
Since yesterday I have trouble pulling my foreskin back. I feel pain and stretching in the skin at the back of the penis tip. The skin at the back of penis glans is a bit red and inflamed.
Also I noticed, The tip of my penis is red and foreskin is red in some areas.
I have attached some pics.
1. Please inform me as to What this is ? Why is it happening ? Will it spread ? Is it any serious Illness that requires me meeting a specialist in person in order to get treated ?
2. Recommend me cream/medicines that are easily available at chemist to treat this so that I have a speedy recovery and this problem doesn't occur again.
Any Precautions I should be taking.
Thanks.

Doctor,
I had searched for the condition on internet. I read about fungal infection can cause such problems. I read people using clotrimazole for it.
1. I don't have a fungal infection, Right ?
2. The ointment you have recommended, Is it safe to be applied everywhere on the penis including the tip of penis and foreskin ? Or it should be applied on outer skin only ? Also how frequently should it be applied ?
Thanks
