Brief Answer:
Get your uric acid levels checked

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the the history you have shared, it can be acute attack of Gout caused by increased uric acid levels which involves feet joints specially the kne you have mentioned. Though other possibilities should also be kept in mind.

Get your uric acid levels checked alongwith ESR and RA factor to rule out other rheumatological diseases.

Using analgesics and anti inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen or ibuprofen for the acute attack are recommended. Uric acid lowering drugs should be used two weeks after the acute attacks settles.

Avoid fish, red meat and pulses.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions, Regards.
