Question: i was having sex with my wife during heat of the moment i tried deep penetration and after ejaculation
during washing i was feeling a little pain and after 5 mineuts all veins of penis under the foreskin were red and swelled applied ice for 10 mins but redness is little lesd but veins are still swollen

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed dilated tortuous veins on the foreskin after sex .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is there any bleeding from foreskin ?
2) Was is a dry and vigorous sex?
3) Is your foreskin swollen ?

The dilated tortuous veins of the foreskin could be due to infection of foreskin (Posthatitis).

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Do not worry .This should get cured within a week ,

no foreskin is normal there is no bleeding and i had used condom i have attached an image penis.

You have developed what is called as Paraphimosis .

Try to reduce it yourself (Replace foreskin over glans penis) else consult qualified General surgeon to replace the foreskin back over glans penis

thankyou sir , i dont have any problem in stretching and covering my penis and it remains in that state unless i stretch it back for washing etc then also still it will be paraphimosis.

hello sir
i am taking the medicines prescribed by you and today is last day of the week . condition of my penis is getting better of which i am attaching images also and comparing from the earlier image which i posted when i had asked you for help there is significant improvement but earlier i was having a little progress every day but from last 2 days remaining swelling and redness on swelling is showing no change and also today is last day of treatment .

and neosporin was not available so was using sarfarz sn so please help me to get completely healed.
