Brief Answer:
irritation, rubbing or blepharitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for contacting HCM. Normally such redness at the medial canthi could be due to rubbing eyes, any sun exposure or it could be blepharitis if there is a foreign body feeling. Preferably you should use artificial eye drops if you feel dry eyes. If you have a gritty feel around your eyelids especially and there is some material accumulating at the lid margins.
You may have blepharitis which can be managed with applying warm compresses at about 40 degree C to the eye for about 10 min and cleaning the crust or the dirt that accumulates with a moist cotton swab.
If it does not get better in like a week or two, you may pay a visit to opthalmologist. Thankyou
