Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.
I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eyes.
I reviewed your history and the photos attached with the question. It seems from the history that you are having red eyes.
The eye drops you have used are fine and you can use them no problem will occur. Systane balance drops are lubricating eye drops and provide relief from general discomfort and tiredness.
V rohto eye drops are decongestant eye drops and removes redness of the eyes and you can use them for relief from redness.
Regarding the causes for redness, the common causes are infections in the form of pink eye/conjunctivitis, allergic conjunctivitis, simple hyperemia of conjunctiva, dry eyes...
From your photos I feel it is simple redness or hyperemia of conjunctiva or conjunctivitis. You need to use antibiotic eye drops along with the eye drops you are using.
Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you
With regards
