Question: hi I am having red XXXXXXX in my eyes since today morning please refer the attached pics and suggest

There are certain details which are needed. Did you have discharge in the eye in the morning?.Is there pain or irritation.
What we needs to do is to get ciplox D eye drop or oflacinDx eye drop,to be put in 2 to 3 hourly and Neosporine ointment to applied at bed time.This will be continued for 4 to 5 days.In case of pain or discomfort tablet combiflam or ibugesic plus,half tablet can be taken twice a day after meals.
