What Causes Redness In The Palatoglossal Arch?

Question: Hi I have a question about red palatoglossal arch. I have NO pain. Very slight irritation when throat is dry. Last week I had periods of congestion (on and off) and felt like I had a ball stuck in my throat. And had on and of periods of dry mouth and hoarse voice. Throat also gets red after eating.
