1. It's localized
2. No symptoms
3.no sexual partner
4. I always use protextion
5. We're do I upload picture. The redness spots aren't showing it was visible alot more a month ago this month is a little bit less. I just want to confirm its nothing I should worry about. And also inside my mouth. On my left inner cheek it looks like a redish color, it hurts, and it happened after eating a protein bar.

Brief Answer:
Possibility that it is latex allergy or candida
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the photographs. There is nothing significant on the genital skin as of now. The oral mucosal spots are most likely broken blood vessels due to tooth trauma and would resolve on its own in about a week.
Regarding the redness on glans that you notice from time to time, it could be due to either candidal infection Or it could also be due to Latex Allergy, as you say that you notice it more after intercourse. There may be itching.
Just clean that area with a lukewarm water. Avoid using soaps, antiseptics, harsh cleansers on the delicate genital skin.
Moreover, Glans as you know is richly supplied with blood.
The color of the glans penis may vary from pink to pale blue or purple. This is due to the blood vessels(capillaries) under the very thin skin that covers it.
Color may vary with the degree of erection, ambient temperature and whether the person is circumcised or not.
