Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image. I can see an eroded patch on glans as well as undersurface of prepuce.
Do you have any symptoms at this site like pain? Or burning sensation? and Is there a recent history of any drug intake e.g Painkiller? Antibiotic etc?
Regards

I do have itching and a fluid like discharge , no drugs have been taken for the last few months
Brief Answer:
I suggest a single tablet of fluconazole; test for genital herpes
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you for additional details
In the absence of any preceding history of drug intake I would like to keep possibilities of either Candidal/ Yeast infection Or Genital Herpes.
I need some more details from you..
Are you sexually active? If yes, do you have a single or multiple sexual partners? When was you last sexual contact?
To cover for the possibility of genital herpes I would suggest a blood test for genital herpes i.e ELISA for Type 1 & 2 Hsv, IgM and IgG.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to take a single dose of an Fluconazole tablet. Fluconazole is an Oral antifungal and a single dose would be enough to resolve candidal/ yeast infection.
Topically I would suggest that you use an antibacterial cream e.g fucidin Or T- Bact cream, twice daily for a week.
Regards

I have been googleing this , doesnt this sound like balanitis?
Brief Answer:
Need to rule out genital herpes
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I kept that possibility already i.e candidal balanitis but I would also like to rule out genital herpes with surety.
You may take a single tablet of fluconazole as suggested in my earlier reply. That would take care of candidal balanitis.
