What Causes Redness On Penis?

Question: Hey! Im 20 and i have 1 area on my penis which is red, its not like a dot. It doesnt hurt or itch. I dont have multiple parter only 1 who i been with long time. Im anxous about it. I want to know how i got it. Thank you.

Here are a few things that can be done at present:

1 Keep the area well cleaned and dry up thoroughly after bath.

2 Refrain from sexual activity, alcohol, and exercise of vigorous type.

3 Do not apply any preparation on the affected area

4 If it itches, please use Tab Levocetirizine 5mg a day

---Duration of problem
---Was it related to sexual activity
---If yes, then the partner's health status
---Location of lesions and symptoms (pics preferred)
---Any medication used
---Any swelling of lymph nodes
---Any urinary symptoms
---Investigation reports, if done
---Diabetic status
