Question: I had a 2 day period I also felt very nausea and actually vomited once a couple of days later.. done pregnancy test which was negative.. could I still believe pregnant

No, I do not think that you are pregnant...

In the setting of regular cycles and counting the first day of your period as day#1, most women ovulate on about day#14. This is also the time that you might get pregnant. A pregnancy test will turn positive only about two weeks after conception which is about the time of a missed period. So, if it has been two weeks since when you MIGHT have conceived and the pregnancy test is negative, then you are not pregnant. That is obviously your main concern. You should check a test again in a few days and a week from now.

So, in answer to your question, NO, you are probably not pregnant but it would be best to check another test just to be sure and use backup protection in the meantime.
