What Causes Reduced Penis Size?
Question: Hi,
I am 35 years married. I feel that I have a smaller penis....even my spouse feels that it reduced in size over the last 2 years. I have full erection though. Let me know if the size can actually reduce over a period of time. Should I consult a doctor in this regard? Should I go to Urologist or Sexologist for this problem? Appreciate your response. Thanks.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have doubt about the size of the penis becoming smaller since recent times.

1) Have you measured length of your penis by standing in front of a mirror.?
2) Have you taken help of a health personnel to take measurement of penis?
At the outset I would like to state that length of the penis in flaccid state has no significance at all and it never gets reduced .
The function of the penis in flaccid state is a tube for passing urine.It is hardness of the penis that is important for sexual enjoyment and satisfaction.of both the partners.
