Brief Answer:
Increasing dose of olanzapine or adding benzodiazepine will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

You are suffering from bipolar disorder. In this disorder person gets sleep disturbance.

Olanzapine is used as mood stabilizer as well as it causes significant sedation.Increasing dose of olanzapine can help.

Other option is using benzodiazepine like clonazepam or lorazepam instead of zolpidem.

Discuss these aspects with your doctor and change treatment.

Try to follow some measures called 'sleep hygiene' which would help in sleep. You can find the same in below link.
