What Causes Reduced Urination While On Tamsulosin Hydrochloride?
Question: I am taking tamsulosin hydrochloride. On Monday and Tuesday I had only a couple of beers and today only urinated once or twice. Can the two be connected? Also how long does it take for tamsulosin to work
