What Causes Reoccuring Sinus Infection, Nasal Congestion, Difficulty Breathing And Facial Pain?
Question: hi for several years i have suffered with reoccuring sinus infections, constant feeling of nasal congestion,difficulty breathing thru my nose, causing me to breathe thru my mouth, post nasal drip which makes my throat feel as if its closing up so also find it difficult and uncomfortable to breathe thru my mouth, facial pain and headaches. any idea what it could be? i was precribed a nasal steroid spray but does not seem to be doing anything to relieve symptoms

From your history it seems that you have been suffering from Deviated Nasal septum.All your symptoms can be explained by bit.Have you visited ENT Doctor for examination. Od he's then did she perform a nasal exam.? If not then ai will advise you to to have a thorough nasal checkup. Steroids will not help if you have Deviated nasal septum. Regards Dr Manisha Jain.

Thankyou...i visited an ENT and they mentioned a possible deviated septum but then prescribed me a steroid spray as they said it may be an.inflammation of the lining of my nose. I will ask to be referred again. Thankyou for your answer
