Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

1. I am sorry to hear about your miscarriage.

2. Miscarriages are really worrisome, when they happen one after the other.

Most of the times there is genetic reason behind such miscarriages.

Sometimes fetal anomalies not compatible with survival are also responsible .

In few cases structural defects of uterus is a cause.

Very rarely, some infections that cross placenta and cause miscarriage need to be ruled out.

You need to consult with your treating gynaecologist, about how to proceed ahead to rule out various causes.

3. At least 3 months before you plan for next pregnancy, start on FOLIC ACID, B12, Omega 3 supplements. Also, I will suggest indulging in a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Include plenty of fruits, salads, vegetables in the diet.
Have adequate water intake, say 8 – 10 glasses per day.
Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products, and refined sugars.
Avoid substance abuse, if any.
This helps to improve pregnancy outcome.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you great health.
