It would be easier if you attach CT finding so that I can see exact description, but most liver masses are benign and usually include cysts or adenomas,however malignnacy should always be ruled out so some radiologic features such as size, number, irregukarity of borders or density, may indicate more or less malignant lesion. Tumors usually appear in cirrhosis or hepatitis patients or in patients with colon cancers. SO MRi should be more specific but it may also not anwer about the nature of this lesion.
