What Causes Right Eye Pain?
Question: My 4 year old boy says his right eye hurts but their no redness or swelling, what should i do?

I am sorry for the situation your son is going through.
You say to have given him Motrin and he went to sleep. I advise to let him sleep until he wakes up by himself if he is calm.
If after waking up, he will complain of hurting eyes again, then, should send him to ER for immediate evaluation. Otherwise, schedule an appointment with his pediatrician to check further. Perhaps there might be a foreign body inside his eye that makes him feel pain.
