Brief Answer:
Urinary tract problems and colitis /gas to also consider

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the pain you are feeling.

Now, apart appendix or pulled muscle, another possible cause could be :
- urinary tract problems
- gas/colitis

I do not know what exams have you done so far, however, if I was your caring doctor would advise as following :
- complete blood count to rule out appendicitis
- abdominal ultrasound
- urine analysis

If you are having problems with colitis or gas, appropriate diet would be easing the pain.

If ibu and aspirin are not easing the pain, then, can take antispasmodic meds like buscopan or spasmex.

Hope it was of help!
