Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Right side abdomen pain is always not due to appendix.
But since it is acute, attention should be paid.
Provide me following details:
1.Is it in upper abdomen or lower abdomen on right side?
2.Pain is intermittent or persistent?
3.Pain is colicky, stabbing, or dull?
4.Pain is mild or severe?
5.Any radiation of pain to back or any other part?
6.Any fever or vomiting associated?
7.Have you passed stools ?
8.Why did you say you don’t have female interior organs? Do you mean you have got your uterus removed?
This is my personal opinion for you based on available details. Revert with the asked details and if you have any further query please ask me.

Get Ultrasound Abdomen
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
The pain in upper right abdomen radiating to back can be due to any of the following:
1.Acute Cholecystitis or Cholelithiasis (Gall Bladder Stone)
2.Acute Pancreatitis.
3.Liver problem like Acute Hepatitis.
Since pain is severe, and you have not passed stools, my advise for you is to see a doctor immediately. He would examine you and if bowel sounds are also not audible would do work up for intestinal obstruction. However, your history goes more in favor of Gall Bladder related issues.
So, I would advise you to get Ultrasound Abdomen, that would clear the picture.
If you are in severe pain, you can take an over the counter pain killer like Hysocine , Mefenamic Acid , Drotaverine.
This is my personal opinion for you based on available details. Revert with the asked details and if you have any further query please ask me.
