Question: Have this dull ache in the right side of my body, not sure what the issue is. Not having a hard time pissing or bowl movements, just come and goes. The pain is like pins hard to describe

This is on right side of my abdomen a little above the hip
Been about a week and half now that I have notice. When I apply pressure to the area there is no sharp pains
Yes I am a smoker
No I do not have diabetes
