What Causes Right-sided Headache While Drinking Water?

Question: Hi. It's been 3 days now that I'm having sharp pain in the right/top/almost front side of my head everytime I drink water. Please advise. Thanks

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The headache unilaterally with sharp character and frontal location may be due to cluster headache .
This type of headache may occur many times a day and short duration.
Associated with redness of eyes, periorbital pain or nasal stuffiness.
Cold water may precipitate such headaches in some patients.
Provide details regarding other features of headache like nausea, vomiting, photophobia, photophobia, duration.
For treatment you may try triptans along with other pain killers.
For prophylaxis many drugs are available.
You visit neurologist for detailed examination if symptoms persist for long.

I only feel the sharp pain everytime I drink/swallow water or any liquid. No pain when I swallow on any solid food.
I didn't bump my head. I have red bump on my right eye bottom lid. I don't know if that's related

Hello,
This sensation seems to be very atypical for any particular disease and may resolve on its own in few days. Try to take normal temperature water slowly for few days. Avoid extreme hot or cold drinks.
Any history to tooth caries?
take pain killers if prolong persistent headache.
Consult a doctor for physical examination.
